TotalView™ integration is available through Rheem® Family of Brands products that are either powered by EcoNet technology—water heaters powered by EcoNet technology and heating & cooling products paired with an EcoNet Smart Thermostat—or that work with EcoNet technology—heating & cooling products paired with the ecobee Smart Thermostat Lite | Works with EcoNet Technology. This integration includes communication between either the EcoNet or ecobee homeowner app, the Contractor App and the TotalView dashboard.
NOTE: For all equipment, access to a Rheem Family of Brands Contractor App is required for TotalView integration.
NOTE: Contractors must use the Contractor App to install the EcoNet or ecobee thermostats and be logged in through their My.Brand credentials.
